About Pantry Food & Foraging

Pantry Food & Foraging began when my city friends were worried about food. Heck, we all were worried, even those like I who lived off-grid and stored months of bulk food in their pantry! I set out to show what easily could be gathered, seasonally, if you wanted a fresh salad without heading to the store. 

For 5 years I resisted, when people asked, insisting my notes on Pantry Food & Foraging are *not* a regular activity.

Yet here we are, in Year 5. What's happened so far? Catch up, here. Unlike my other endeavors, there is no time for design, for layout, for professional anything, just... a quick tale dashed down, photos slapped in. Will I keep writing? I have no idea. But today, here ya go.

About me: Founder of Green Modern Kits, Green Cabin Kits, Green Cottage Kits, and a joyously disastrous cook. I have alpha-gal, so my recipes substitute dairy, and I use no beef or pork.
